We began when insurance and brokerage industry consolidations and contractions caused significant disruptions to agents and agencies. The result was increases in production requirements and reductions in policy holder support which strained a distributors’ profit margins. RainHill’s ability to effectively increase compensation for our partner distributors and increase volume for our carrier partners allows us to grow our value proposition. Continued industry changes requires agents, and distributors to continuously evaluate their businesses. The changing landscape requires distributors who wish to remain competitive to look at more than just compensation and product.
